If your skin colour is dark or olive,I wouldn't suggest it. Blondes go best with fair or pale-ish skin. If your eyebrows are real dark,then you might need to dye them too. Maybe a dark blonde would look good.Ask your hairdresser what colour would look best on you.Try picturing yourself with blonde hair and ask your friends opinions.
