hey im lils cousin
i have medium - long length blonde layered hair and
i want a hairstyle that involves a ponytail along with a fringe and bits of hair out on the sides.
if anyone has pics of any and how to do them it would be great.
ps i dont want to go to a salon i want to do it myself.

pull the pony tail to the top of your head, and snip into it at the ends. Pull pieces down where you want the wispy look and slide scissors down the hair as you cut.
