Err... are you a freshman or...? I think I'll give it a 4 or 5. Don't like the shirt and the smokey eye won't match the outfit. And if you are a freshman (which I think you are from your outfit) don't do the smokey eye at all. That usually only matches people 19+.

Im sorry but the outfit doesnt really match. Just try something relaxed. Remember, if u try to look to flashy on the first day of school people r going to expect that everyday from u. But when u dress really relaxed and regular, they will know what type of person u r. Just try this: a regular purse, Ballet flats, faded jeans, a screen shirt, a necklace, earrings and your hair down or in two ponytails. Or just try something that u like. Good luck.
