Does anyone use Garnier Fructis Sheer Sleek and Shine serum? Does it work good? Do you just rub it down your hair?
I have another question. I have really thick, wavy, medium length hair and I was wondering what type of hair products would help to control my frizz and keep my hair straight. Whenever I straighten my hair by the end of the day it is frizzy and it starts curling on the ends...how do i get it to stay straight? Could you please reccomend me some good products?
Garnier Fructis Sheer Sleek and Shine serum?
i love it!!!
(make sure to apply it to wet/damp hair -if applied to dry hair it makes it look greesy)
it works good. basically when you get out of the shower and you are towel drying your hair then squeeze some serum in your hands rub your hands together and work your hands through your hair (apply to ends or roots more specifically and use more there)
when you straighten your hair make sure to use a heat protectant spray on your hair first so that it will not damage your hair. i use Garnier Frutice Sleek and Shine DEFRIZZ serum and it works good. i still have to brush my hair here and there every now and then (my hair tangles easily) make sure you keep up with your hair by trimming it just a little every other month so that your hair wont break (forms those frizzys later) if all else fails-make sure you have a scrunchi on your wrist so you can put your hair up at any time :)
Garnier Fructis Sheer Sleek and Shine serum?
I REALLLY like it, and recommend it. But my hair is frizzy wavy/curly, and poofy. All things cant always work on all types of hair, but it works for me!
It only works best if you use it right before blowdrying. thats what it says on the intstrucitions, if i just put it in and leave in, it wont work as well.

- Read the book and visit the sites below about curly/wavy hair. I did and my once horrible curly hair is now virtually frizz-free ringlets. Now I get compliments on my hair all the time! Straighten your hair- be happy for a day, learn to manage your wavy hair- be happy for life!
-Use a shampoo low in sulfates or one that contains none at all such as Devacurl's low poo. Some health food store have organic shampoos with no sulfates also. Sulfates dry out wavy/curly hair- it can be found in laundry detergent!!
- Use a small amount of shampoo (every couple days) on scalp as normal and rinse. Then spread conditioner on the outside layer of hair and the hair at the nape of your neck. Gently comb tangles out with your fingers or a wide toothed comb and rinse with cold/cool water.
- Do not brush/comb your hair after this point because it wil disturb the curl pattern (make sure you already have a part). It is also important to use gel on sopping wet hair and scrunch the hair with your fingers. Use a towel or paper towels to gently scrunch some of the water out. Then let your hair air dry or wait ten minutes and then use a blowdryer with a diffuser. Do not touch the hair while it is air drying or it will frizz!
- Experiment with different products because everyone's hair is different. I would reccomend a light hold gel and a leave in cream or condtioner. Use a moisturizing conditioner, such as Desert Essence Organics Italian Red Grape Conditioner (found at health food/organic stores). The combo of products that I use daily is Garnier Fuctis Sleek and Shine Leave In Cream and Aussie Tizz No Frizz Gel, but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the websites.
- Your hair may seem worse at first, but it is just adjusting. This takes a weeks or two to begin working. This is hard to do if you don't read the book, or at least visit the websites. Naturally wavy hair can be beautiful! Hope this helps!

Garnier Fructis Sheer Sleek and Shine serum?
I'm not so sure about straightening since I don't have the patience for it myself. However, I do know that when I show off my curls people like to tell me how pretty my hair is. Here's what I do for a quick, manageable look if you ever want to try it:
I use the Garnier Fructis sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner. This doesn't make my hair STRAIGHT, but it does relax the frizz. Then, while my hair's wet, I put some sort of styling product like a strong hold gel (8-10 is preferable) or mousse and then scrunch my hair so that the curls are accentuated. From there I sometimes separate the curls as my mood takes me, but it's not necessary.
